I lead technology delivery on carve-outs, acquisitions and ERP and HR transformations, and I build the tools that make those programmes easier to run. 25 years of SAP, Oracle and Infor M3 programmes across FMCG, manufacturing, banking, education and government.

What I'm brought in for

Most of my work starts when a business is changing shape: a spin-off from a parent company, an acquisition that needs a full ERP stack, or a transformation that's drifting and needs a path back to green.

I run the technology side of those programmes end to end: the plan, the release and cutover, the vendors and SIs, and the governance that keeps multi-million-pound programmes honest. Unusually for a programme lead, I also build. I designed a contract-screening capability and deployed it into a client's own Databricks estate, where it runs in production.

  • Carve-out, separation and TSA exit

  • Programme and release management on SAP, Oracle and Infor M3
  • HR transformation and HCM implementation
  • Programme recovery
  • Vendor and SI delivery assurance
  • Cutover and service-introduction readiness
  • AI capability delivery on enterprise data platforms
